Comercializado desde 2022, el Renault Austral se renueva para convertirse en un SUV diferente. Compacto por fuera, espacioso y modular por dentro. Junto con Nuevo Espace y Rafale conforma la gama híbrida dedicada a reconquistar los segmentos C y D, uno de los objetivos del plan estratégico Renaulution.

Nuevo Renault Austral ha sido modernizado en profundidad, al igual que su frontal completamente transformado. Al adoptar los códigos del nuevo lenguaje de diseño de Renault, visibles en la mayor parte de la carrocería, su estilo mantiene la coherencia con los demás modelos de los segmentos C y D de la gama híbrida, Rafale y Nuevo Espace.

Fabricado en la ultramoderna Factoría de Palencia, el Nuevo Austral está sujeto a rigurosos controles de calidad en cada fase de su producción. Desde la elección de los materiales hasta la verificación de sus funcionalidades, pasando por el ensamblaje de sus componentes y la aplicación de la pintura, cada aspecto es cuidadosamente supervisado.

Con cerca de mil criterios evaluados durante el desarrollo del vehículo por parte de expertos internos y un grupo de consumidores externos, la calidad y la durabilidad son la prioridad en su diseño. La Factoría de Carrocerías ubicada en Valladolid ha tomado especial protagonismo en esta renovación, pues su aportación ha sido clave para la creación y fabricación de las nuevas piezas y la aplicación de las nuevas pinturas.
